A few weeks ago, I bought a Purestrength bracelet to see if it could bring me any of the benefits that ion technology claims to bestow upon it’s believers.  These negative ion bracelets are meant to help increase energy, wake up feeling refreshed and generally feel better.  While there are a lot of products using negative ions on the market, the Purestregth bracelets are said to be the best.  They use a combination of 7 natural minerals and gemstones with high negative ion charges — these are built into the silicone bracelets and can be worn 24/7 for up to 3 years.  They say just like a multivitamin, it takes about 14-30 days to see an effect.  They will also give you a refund if you feel like it’s not the real deal.  That’s pretty impressive…

As reported on WebMd:

“Generally speaking, negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain; resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness, and more mental energy,” says Pierce J. Howard, PhD, author of The Owners Manual for the Brain: Everyday Applications from Mind Brain

Here is a little more information about the technology and benefits which can be found on the brand (Endevr) website www.endevr.com

So….What do I think?  Well, I was very skeptical, but I had been having a lot of trouble sleeping for about a year, always waking up in the night and as well feeling fatigued during the day, so I was willing to try anything.  From the second night after starting to wear the bracelet, I slept all the way through the night with no interruptions!  Miracle!  In the last few weeks, there have only been a couple of nights that I have woken up while sleeping, but was do to telephone calls.  Also, my weekly running has seen some amazing benefits.  I have increased my weekly mileage from an average of 25-30 miles a week to 35-40+ miles per week and at an increased pace.  This is even while transitioning from running inside on the treadmill to running outside in the heat and humidity of Singapore’s climate.  I don’t think it’s all in my head.  When I bought the bracelet, I didn’t really know anything about what it could do for me.  So I just wore it and waited to see what would happen.  After I started to see results that didn’t seem to be random, I did a little research about the product and I am definitely a believer now.

All of the bracelets are reversible, so you get 2 colors to play with and I like to wear mine with some LindseyMarie bracelets to glam them up a bit www.lindseymarie.com.

Since I got mine, a handful of my friends have gotten them too all reporting various possible benefits linked to wearing Purestrength bracelets.  I mean, I’ll be honest, it’s not like some lightning bolt hit me and I feel magically super-well and invincible, but upon reflection of my wellness and fitness levels since I started wearing my Purestrength bracelet, I have certainly better quality of sleep, and my fitness level has noticeably improved.  That’s enough for me =)

  1. Avoid conditioners with sulfates and keep one
protein based conditioner at hand whenever you experience excessive shedding, breakage and lost
moisture. Never wash your hair with very hot or very cold water.
It becomes difficult to treat these scars and therefore acne must be treated with the help of oral drugs and topical creams and lotions.
